Return and Exchange Policy for Products with Quality Issues
Return Policy: Items can be returned or refunded within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:
  • Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  • Items received in the incorrect size or color (different from the order placed).
We have a 14-day return policy for items without quality issues, allowing returns within 14 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns in the following conditions:
  • Items that have been washed, worn, used, or misused.
  • Please note: Slight color differences due to lighting and screen settings are acceptable and not considered a quality issue.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Swimwear, underwear, or items on sale.
Exchange Policy: Items with quality issues can be exchanged within 15 days of receipt (the customer is responsible for the shipping fee).
  • If it exceeds 15 days, customers need to contact our customer service to determine if the item can be resent. If agreed upon, a resend fee, which includes resending and shipping charges, will be applied.
Important Tips: Please check the items immediately upon receiving the package. If you encounter a quality issue, contact us within 15 days, specifying the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason. Attach photos of the quality problem for reference.
Exchange Conditions for Non-Quality Issues: Non-quality issues include selecting the wrong size, style not as expected, etc.
Exchange Process: Customers should contact our customer service to determine if the item can be exchanged and the applicable resend fee (including handling and shipping fees).
Helpful Tips: To avoid unnecessary exchanges, we recommend all customers carefully confirm the size and style before placing an order.

  • Place the item(s) in their original packaging and return them through your local post office.
Refund or Exchange:

  • Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Returns sent back without prior assessment or approval from our Return Staff will not be accepted. Please contact our staff before making any returns.

  • Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Coya cannot refund, reimburse, or cover any fees not paid directly to Coya, including customs taxes, VAT, or return shipping costs.
